Features:
– Special -strip with Hook and Loop for secure attachment to the case
– Expandable up to 20-litre maximum capacity
– Expands/compacts with perimeter zipper
– Crossed shock cords on top for quickly securing gloves, hat, etc.
– Ergonomic zipper pulls
– Waterproof, Teflon-coated CORDURA weave material. Strong, abrasion and fade-resistant

They are attached to the panniers with a belt that completely
covers the bag, two stretchable velcros and a belt that joins together
passing under the saddle with safety

A belt is also used as a shoulder strap for easy transport
